Uk spec diff

A year or so ago people were asking about £1.5k to £2K for a large case diff.  If it were a manual diff it may well sell for more.  You may get more interest in this diff if the cooler is complete and working?

Difficult to say definitively as few are for sale and even less tell you how much they actually got for it.

Doesn't the auto diff match up better for acceleration?

Yes, I think you are right.  The trade off is top end speed.

But a manual large case diff will always be more desirable and IMO worth more.

Tbh, I've never really heard of anyone wanting to move from a small case manual diff to a big base manual. The goto (from my recollection) always used to be the big case auto for acceleration.
