Tommyg_5
OK so had the engine out to fit the turbo kit. Everything is back together but its not cranking over. Here's what I have tried so far. Fully charge battery Check constant 12v to starter Jump relay to checker starter and it cranks Checked plugs into ecu and fuse box are secure Checked fuses in drivers fusebox ST and IGN all good. Checked grounding to starter Checked 12v when ignition is turned at starter wire at starter motor and I'm not getting 12v... so I assume this will help solve it.. Tried to check the relay but I'm.not 100 percent sure on that one. But I did swap the fog relay into the starter and that seemed to fit but car still didn't crank Any ideas as I have run out!! One other thing is the previous owner installed a Rightclick immobiliser, but I think this just cuts the fuel as if I opened the car without deactivating the immobiliser it would just crank but nor start. Tommyg_5
So I just powered up the relay and it seems fine. So must be something from the ignition on the way to the relay? What's there I can check

Tommyg_5
OK so after spending the day with a multimeter and checking connections I had plugged one of the engine harness plugs into the wrong socket. Grey into white.... idiot. Still starts up now! Must have looked at it about 10 times!

The Raven
Dont feel bad, I once lost a small vac hose, spent 6 hours looking for the issue before giving up convinced the engine was fubar. Mate came over looked at it for maybe 2 minutes and popped it back on
Tommyg_5
I must have gone through 20 no crank ge posts on different forums. Most ended up being a fuse, relay or plug not clicked home or something like that. Forums are amazing still for this sort if diagnosis!
