Carbon repair

Hi all,

So I've had a used Whifbitz carbon diffuser sat in my garage for a few months. I've just gone to get it out ready for fitting and noticed a chunk has been take out of it, somehow. 

Does anyone know of anywhere that can fix carbon fibre? It's appears to be skinned fibreglass rather than full carbon fibre.
