pf85
Trying to install a Garrett G30-900 turbo which came new in the box with 3 v-band clamps but none of them seem to fit. Has anyone experienced this before? T4 1.06AR Edited February 14, 2023 by pf85 (see edit history)

Mike2JZ
My g40 vband for turbine housing looks like this if that helps you
pf85
Thanks Mike for the photos. I'm not sure if it's because it's a divided turbine housing but the clearance is almost non existing on mine. Managed to get the vband slightly skimmed so it now fits OK. tataharier702
Shame. Heard they’re one of the better companies in the industry to work with. But then again their turbos were always super pricy compared to the competition. I also assume not enough people were buying $2k minimum turbos in this pandemic.
