Swampy442
If you like your car Id avoid track time at these events, notorious for crashes.... https://www.swindonadvertiser.co.uk/news/20904264.video-castle-combe-circuit-crash-two-hospitalised/

A parade lap sounds epic though.
Claudia
The response to my original post has been fantastic and hopefully we can exhibit a remarkable display. The display area for the mkiv Supra Owners Club will be in a prominent position located in the main paddock area and a Free Slow Parade at 12:45pm is included. All you need to do is purchase your club pass using the following link: Castle Combe Race Circuit (castlecombecircuit.co.uk) Select the mkiv Supra Owners from the dropdown list and enter the following club code: MKIVJDM23 Select the number of club passes you require (each pass permits the vehicle, driver & one passenger over the age of 16. Any passengers under 16 years of age are permitted free of charge). Club passes are £27.50 + £2.49 booking fee = £29.99 Your club pass will be sent out approximately 3 weeks before the event. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me ([email protected])

Hammer
For those that haven't attended this event before, it's the best event on the calendar IMO. Easy to get to, straight off the M4 and they stagger the club entries so as not to have massive queues through the country lanes leading into the event. Once in your club has its allocated space. Track time is a pay to run, i believe, this goes on most of the day, broken at intervals by specialist drifting sessions. (I used to do the track events in my mk1 Mexico, it is a great track for those that like track action, quarry corner deserves respect). This means that as well as all the static cars there is track action happening all the time. The parade lap is kept in check by course cars so no dramas. Last year was a celebration of the Mazda rotary cars and they put on a great display. It would be great if the club was able to go big on this, as it's a real chance to celebrate 30 years of our mkiv. Obviously, that is down to the mods to decide but I really think this is a great event for a good show of the club. Just my opinion and I hope my info helps people. Loads of YouTube footage if people want a flavour of the day.
