What on earth are these plugs for?!

Evening all,

First post, already asking for help.

Piecing my interior together and I've come across these plugs, could anyone shed any light for me? Does anyone also know which one goes to the handbrake switch/button? I've got a few that are chopped so I'm a bit in the dark and my handbrake light is permanently on. Any help is much appreciated.

Cheers,

Jack.

they are all for the auto box/selector... 6 speeds had these pre wired to them so just ignore.

the handbrake has one single wire plug attached to it.... dig down and see if its attached....

send a pic of the light thats on... it might be the master warning light which could be anything from door open, brake fluid low etc etc thats the big on in the middle of the rev counter

@keron

Appreciate the response.

Thats the only single plug I've got.

It's been chopped at the handbrake switch so I have no other side of the plug 🫣IMG20221221132133.thumb.jpg.39792f732ccf5742fff36aa75aee0329.jpg

That's the handbrake warning light I've got on, I'm plugging rear lights in this evening also so that could be half the problem not having them in.

Ok so your best bet is to soldier a wire from the switch to that plug….

that will make the light go out…

otherwise it’s buy another handbrake lever, unless someone has the switch on its own?

All sorted and happy days, combination of bulbs and split wires made the light stay on.
