wants the top secret supra's colour code

isnt the genuine colour code a secret and you can only get it if you have a TS car?

 

Yeah, apparently you have to submit info/pics etc of your car to Top Secret and get their permission to have it painted that colour.

 

Someone suggested a while back that you could probably buy the Top Secret gas bonnet struts, then take them to a paint place and have them colour matched? Not sure if it would work.

i seem to remember it being approx £200 per litre and i needed 7ltrs back then:blink: did go for the vauxhall titan gold for a few years and then sprayed it back to black:)

 

rip off at that price my lambo orange was not cheap even for trade but no way that exspensive

That was from the top secret company, no one had a car in top secret gold to compare against for a colour match only from web pictures.

just take a picture and get it colour matched at a paint shop. It wouldn't be hard.

Might not be exactly right but who cares, it would be near enough that nobody would ever be able to tell unless they had magic colour chart eyes.

Speak to Andrew (SupraAyf) He has a Top secret final evolution painted that colour and had some touch ups done not so long ago, expensive stuff though IIRC!

 

Yup, says in his mag feature about his ordeal contacting Top Secret in Japan and having to pay quite a hefty price for some :)
