Alarm arming/did alarming but not locking doors

Hi all

 

any ideas what to check? The car alarms and un-alarms but does not lock/unlock on the key fob.

 

the car will lock however when pushing the door button on the door card inside the car 

 

clifford alarm if that makes any difference
