Noz Posted May 12, 2022 Share Posted May 12, 2022 Id recommend getting a proper evaluation done. It's fairly low cost and would help you provide a sale price. Of course, these are mostly done for insurance. But still give you an accurate idea. You'll get a mixed bag of opinions on here.
