jim_supra
The gasket kit is showing as part number 04446-30120, there's a few sets on eBay for around £30 Also try TCB and Keron at Xtreme on here Edited July 27, 2021 by jim_supra (see edit history)
m12aak
Chris Wilson also rebuilds them, my NA PS reservoir was choking out my pump so I had CW rebuild the pump and I got a good used reservoir from Keron. I'd make sure it's 100% the pump that is the issue and it's not just a blocked reservoir first (if you haven't already). Iirc it was around £150 for CW to rebuild it. Swampy442
Good point, check the reservoir first, the filter clogs up with crap.
JordanC
Cheers will have a look first, got in the car the other night and as I was reversing off the drive I heard this horrible whine coming from the PS, trying to turn at low speed is like a weightlifting exercise, seems OK when you're doing over 10mph or so. JordanC
Just to drop a quick update, went and checked the reservoir first and it's basically empty, there was a smear left on the dipstick, when I put it back in again it was dry and the smear I had out was brown and filthy. Upon further inspection my undertray seems to have a nice shimmer of fluid all over it so safe to say I have a leak somewhere. I'm going to replace the hoses and clamps and then top it up as a starter and see how we get on. There's a common leak location on the return side (I fortunately haven't had this issue yet on either car though) which Keron sells a repair hose for if it is that:
