Cheers I'm not doing it, pcheshire automotive is. Its well above my skill set haha It's all been taken apart, blasted and then all little parts have been zinced, there's 3 different colours of zinc used throughout the engine resto just as it was when it left the factoryย
raddys
Above is just a tiny fraction of all the re zinced parts, a properly time consuming job!
Wishieftrottle
I have read, that pcheshire is crazy good, but this is remarkable...3ย shades of zinc coating to copy original shades? That is next level.

That is next level. Yep he doesn't do things by half's, when you look at the competition it just doesn't compare. I had quotes from maybe half a dozen companies and when you ask them how they'd go about it you can tell who is a slap dash man and who really knows what they're doing, Paul was the only guy who gave me the confidence that he knew exactly what he was doing. Paul used to build formula 1 engines before he started his own shop, so you know his attention to detail is second to none! Below I've attached a few photos of the work of the "competition" I won't name any of them as its unfair but you get the gist of it. To some people the work below is perfect, to me not so much...

raddys
So yesterday I picked the car up and all I can say is WOW. Paul and Joe have gone above and beyond and it looks brand new. POV: its 1993 and you walk into your toyota dealership to check out the new supra! โขevery single pipe, hose and virtually every clip is new โขeverything completely disassembled and rebuilt with new seals โขevery nut, screw, bolt, washer and several other parts re zinced (not 1 zinc colour but 3 different colours to match oem)ย โขturbos rebuilt with steel internals and portedย โขnew turbo actuators and bovย โขnew ps pumpย โขnew bonnet insulator (awaiting delivery) โขseveral new plastic parts (some im still waiting on)ย โขnew bonnet insulator (still waiting on) โขeverything vapour blasted or painted in oem coloursย โขmany many many hours have gone into this! theres probably lots more I can't think of!!! The end result is nothing short of perfect, Enjoy!!!
