Tailgate rubber stopper removal

If you are on about the side cushions they are araldite in at the factory so you'll need to cut away the old ones and then heat with preferably a small gas torch the top of the bolt to soften the araldite. Once its soft they come straight out. The bottom cushions aren't glued in so should be easy enough to remove/replace.
