420g with pmc adaptor - clutch not disengaging

Hi guys.

right at the end of my na-t build, about ready to drive the car and the clutch won’t disengage! I have the 6 puck Sachs pmc kit with a e46 m3 transmission. Using a wilwood master cylinder and the bmw slave.

it’s been bled from the pedal, and seems to have a full pedal when pressing down and can hear the clutch fork moving.

I’ll go to put the car in gear with engine on and won’t go in gear at all but will start to creep forward.

rear wheels in air - clutch in and in gear - still no luck

Any ideas? Going to try vacuum bleed it but if not it may have to be transmission back off. Mate reckons could have the friction plate in backwards but not sure if that would cause any other issues? Noz also said I may need to shim the clutch but can’t find any guides on how to do this with a bmw clutch

cheers
