For me it’s very easy but I’m not going to advise you on what to do as you might put them in the oven too long and bend them like bananas. The only thing they'd be useful for in my case is getting a fresh set of clear lenses off them to overhaul the old style lights. But not sure how successful it will be. Of course they’ll fit any Mk4 supra you just need to buy the looms and bulbs too then it’s plug and play with some minor wire pin adjustments.
