Style
Not a lot of information to go on so it's hard to tell. How much longer are your studs? Have the wheel nuts tightened against the face of the wheel? Or are you winding them on and the inside of the nut has reached the tip of the stud? 5mm is nothing so it you've got studs that are 5mm longer, then I don't see why it wouldn't work unless something is fundamentally wrong (your studs are a lot longer and the nut is stopping on that first). I am not sure, but i am almost sure they are 63mm or 65mm studs.. the bolt are hand tight around 7 full turns, and close to 8 full turns except quarter off a turn when torque 130 nm... Style
How much longer is 63 or 65mm from stock length though? That's what you need to know really. Could always take the wheels off and wind the nuts on until they stop against the stud and mark the thread with tape or tipex. Put the wheels back on and see if the mark on the thread is inside the wheels mounting hole. That'll tell you if the nuts are tightening against the face of the wheel or the inside of the nut. jza800
I have an open nut on mine. I am not sure how much longer than stoch they are. I got the longer studs with my 5mm spacer to my old wheels.
Andy Ven
Hi, if you have 7 full turns, then they are m12 x1.5 . Which means with 7 turns they are on by 10.5mm. Ideally they should be on my atleast 12mm for full strength. You are under that so are sacrificing strength. If it was 8 turns in total then you would be fine. If you can get 8 turns in total with them torqued up then they will be fine. So just double check. Andy

Just need quater of a turn to get full 8 turns when torqued to 130 Nm.
