Depends on how indepth your n/a-t build is. If you still have the stock n/a intake then no .

If you have the stock n/a intake you need a intercooler with the inlet and the outlet on the same side

Not true bro. You just need to loop round underneath with piping. I've had two intercooler setups with OEM na intake.

Op. There is no benefit using a TT intake. As mentioned you'd need to weld the runners as head spacing is different NA vs TT. It's actually the NA throttle body that's the bottle neck in the oem setup.

Plenty of low cost FFIM for the NA but due to flow it's worth getting something decent. It's not needed and more money than it's worth. Below 500hp it's just aesthetics and not a worthy investment. It's also mega hassle.

Its totally worth it if it saves money. People buy an NA because they don't have much compared to TT owners typically.

I paid £160 for a full kit. At the time the cooler I would have needed was more than that without piping clamps or joiners.

TT FFIM wont work. Heads are different.

Here is what i have done. GE lower runners welded to GTE intake, GTE cam covers, GTE PS banjo with PS tank, GTE FMIC setup. You also need GTE IACV as GE uses IAC.

You can get aftermarket FFIM for GE but that would involve relocating fuse box and battery.

Setup looks nice there.

But you don't need to relocate fuse box for most of the after market manifolds.

I was only aware the GE engine only suited the mk3 IACV. Is your's auto?

I have been reading a lot that some manufacturers angle their aftermarket manifolds poorly which results in relocation.

With GTE FFIM, GTE IACV is plug and play fit, not sure regarding mk3 IACV. I am running tripod w58 with a01b torsen.

Yes some manifolds do. But your post indicated all of them.

Always thought the gte plug wouldn't fit. As that's why I sought out a mk3.

I dont think it's manifold dependant but more so the plug and ecu fitment as issue. Easy to make a flange but not so easy to retrofit valves so super cool if aftermarket manifolds could use the gte valve.

So I have seen a mk3 supra gte intake for sale , but one more question has this ever been done on an automatic supra if so are there any extra mods needed obviously longer cable for the throttle but what about the kick down cable.

I've never seen it done before. And I've seen a lot of NAt installs. Sad I know.

I dont know what's needed for an auto mani. But if the mk3 isn't auto. Going to be more pain than its worth.

Have you checked to see if stud pattern is suitable.

Why not just buy a manifold that's made to fit.
