Bassingbourn is located near Royston in Hertfordshire within easy reach of the M25 and hosts a fantastic 1.5 mile track with an excellent mix of corners proving to be a true test for drivers of all experience levels.

I work at ATR Bassingbourn (right next to the track) and I can assure you its often covered in crap! !

Its a very disused airfield (Ex WWII RAF and US Air Base - Bombing Sqn's) Now an army training area.

The airfield is quite rough INHO, loads of big gaps and holes. + a bit of gravel and stone chippings...

Just a word of caution to anyone considering it ! ! !

I've been there a few times, and it's fine. You pays for what ya gets basically.

It's basic, but the guys organise a safe and well controlled day.

It's great if it rains ! - as you get to try your handling skills on wet concrete ( part of the circuit )

It's a little tight for the supes on part of the course, but the rest is fine.
