Polo Posted January 26, 2021 Share Posted January 26, 2021 Hey guys, I use to be around here for the tech stuff as I 2j swapped a load ofĀ cars, am an engine builderĀ and workĀ with the r154 and v160 transmissionsĀ (never owned a mkiv Ā ). A lot of my customers are telling me I should get back on here as there is a need for v160/1Ā repairs? Iv been stripping and rebuilding these boxs for around 8 years now,Ā it was quite a surprise to me when I recently spoke to one of the traders on here and they said āno one in the U.K. specialise in these gearboxāsā. Supraleeturbo Posted January 26, 2021 Share Posted January 26, 2021 Just picked mine up from Paul and the attention to detail is fantastic, heās sent me pictures through out and kept me informed on whatās going on and he is able to Aqua blast the casing for me and without asking even went as far as zinc coating all the hardware!!!!!
