All the fluids purged, engine oil in for first start (Just oil for 20mins after a new lil change)

 

Exhaust in place, engine breather system done, wiring holded in final place, AC line sent for modification!! 
 

Tomorrow interior! And crossing fingers to fire it up on Friday!

Sh*t happens sometimes! Everything checked, everything good! BUT the MaxxEcu that I have (Brand new) is bad, some batch of this serial numbers experience same problems, it has a problem with one pin, that controls the 2nd 12v output. So I have no power in the throttle body, so no idle control, and cannot start the engine 😞 

 

They shipped me a new one express. Next week hopefully we will hear the new engine!

ECU Surprise us today!! 

 

BUT same problem again, so I start checking on the wiring and voilà!! Theres a mistake on 2 pins that send 12v to the ECU and produces the error, quick fix but it takes 4h to find out the problem.

 

First oil change done, base map set up and first spin with the car!!! Awesome feelings! So happy!!

Yes!!! Good day, today we just put everything back together, start up the car and let it idle for 30mins, check for leaks and everything good!!

 

Tomorrow I will bring the car back to my house, and during the weekend I will throw some good miles on it to continue checking.

Cruising and cruising, logs and more logs to my tuner, break in nearly done, thinking about first dyno session just to add some ignition and boost remotely next week. Run the car for a month after that and bring the tuner personally here to do serious numbers.

Next Wednesday 9am I set the appointment in the dyno to do the first map 1 to 1.2 bar on pump to start making some boost pulls in streets and check for any mechanical issue, leaks, blablabla that will prevent the appear of this things when the tuner come personally here!

 

I will share the results and videos of this first stage.
