Good choices. I have the KW's fitted and they're superb. Look forward to seeing them installed.

I also have it in my other Supra and as you said it was superb!! Maybe next week I will install it, now the car is at the Electrical Worshop removing an alarm system that it has, repairing the central locking and checking the whole wiring :)

Huge news!

Today I receive 90% of the parts that Im waiting for, only waiting for RPS Twin Clutch and BC Springs and Retainers!

But the full manual V160 + B03B Diff conversion its on the way, all the original bolts, washers, studs...  Everything OEM from Toyota from the backside of the engine to the rear drivetrain.

Also all the parts to take out the engine and do a full refresh!!

New parts arrived RMM urethane lip without wings and coilpack connectors and ventilation hoses.

Manual tacho faces to remove the gear selection lights.

Also rerouting the wires from the wheel arches to prevent from rubbing because of the car height.

Also just repaint the transmission parts with anti-corrosive paint.

Just waiting for the clutch and new exterior and BPU parts :)

Today!

We install the manual rpm face, hard job here, just to preserve the OEM RPM measure.

And check all the OEM Wiring on the ECU Side, my car is GERMAN SPEC, so it has a BOSCH OEM inmovilizer attached to the ECU, so remove this, and also fix the OEM Active Spoiler switch, and small number plate. :)

I also have delivery date for the clutch, so i the middle of March I will finally convert the car to manual, cant wait.
