David P Posted June 13, 2014 Share Posted June 13, 2014 T.T. automatic transmission can be Hybridised in situ with the N/A components, shimmed and serviced working under the car. Replace the 5 pin T.T. solenoid plug with a 3 pin N/A version and solder resistors (value unknown) to the spare 2 wires. Use Soarer 1JZ-GTE throttle-body, cables-mount and line-pressure cable. David P Posted June 13, 2014 Author Share Posted June 13, 2014 Now we're into unknown territory, maybe the ECU will allow the Suprastick to piggyback onto the stock tables, which is good because includes ignition timing-cut at gear-changes. This would allow Auto Program 1. to be Stock Tables and Program 2. to be Race Mode (no timing cut) and also Manualised Mode. If the ECU won't play that game, then a piggyback or engine standalone ECU with programmable timing control would be required or the transmission would soon fail.
