Anybody a solicitor in house/land related matters?

Looking into a potential house purchase and have downloaded the Land registry titles.

 

There just a few clauses in there I'd like somebody who knows what their talking about to give a 5 minute answer on if possible.

Are they to do with land, building, access, business, vehicles etc or are they restrictive covenant related?
