Samurai 20V
Hi All. Item for sale: Mines ECU for non VVTi TT6. Orginally came out of dandan's car (old member on here) Made 269wkw on 102ron. (https://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?322414-My-BPU-TT6-Dyno-run-Round-4-on-Page-4/page4) For those who don't know, it removes the boost cut, speed cut & has been mapped for higher boost. Condition: In working condition, it came out of my car as I went standalone. Problems: No covers, I removed them to use on my Link PnP. Sorry! The ecu throws a O2 sensor heater malfunction error code. I could not solve it, but it worked fine. Occasionally I would get a lean idle when hot. I guess it needs some capacitors changed. Item Location: South Africa Payment: Paypal preferred. Price of item: 175GBP Due to the problems, I am not asking alot of money for it & will take a reasonable offer. Note, purchase is at your own risk. I would imagine someone not afraid to work on such electronics could fix it quickly. PM if interested. Thanks. Iky
Hi, It's the one I need. Can you send me some high res photos of the board where the capacitors are? Just want to make sure its fixable. Sometimes the knackered caps eat through the board damaging the tracks on both sides.

Iky
I'm not sure about it mate. Its a bit of a gamble. The Mines label has been removed/seal broken and theres no guarantee if it can be fixed.

I responded to you on PM, there is another person interested who contacted me before you, so he has first option. We can talk if that does not work out. I remember seeing yours for sale. Good price but I beleive yours was a prefacelift one unless I'm mistaken. I needed a facelift non vvti one. David P
Cheers Jake. I remember seeing yours for sale. Good price but I beleive yours was a prefacelift one unless I'm mistaken. I needed a facelift non vvti one. One and the same.
Iky
One and the same. Hi David. Hope you're well. They have different part numbers. So i'm led to believe there must be a difference.
David P
I can't see why, all pre Face-lift TT Supra's have a non VVTi engine which is the same as a Face-lift non VVTi engine? An ECU plugs into the engine, not the body trim.
Iky
Only things I can think of that may be linked to the ecu are the analogue odo, boost guage and ABS system that's different on the facelifts. I'll be looking more into it once I've got some ecus to compare.
