Car has acted normal with it? How long has it been fitted for mate?

 

Actually on further research it looks like the genuine land cruiser one has a different end on the plunger dongle thing. The Supra one is more rounded for the port in the throttle body, so I guess my knockoff has the wrong label, disregard my misinformation.

Nice to hear, shall test mine out soon and report back. Not bad for 20 quid if it does the job.

 

Did the throttle body die?

 

The old throttle body had a lot of play in the mechanism and it was hanging open slightly occasionally. I was considering rebuilding it but I'm very lazy so I just got another one.

I had that years ago. Look like a right pain to rebuild one with the metal wear and such. Might keep an eyeout for a spare low miles one actually
