jjs_82
Hi all Anyone know where I can get a rebuild kit for my BorgWarner S300? It's the s366sx it's only 2 years old I'm getting blue smoke when I come off the throttle say going down a hill. No smoke on boost or just driving normal. Turbo has seen a good bit of anti lag at car shows so I'm sure that's why it's at this now. Any other ideas

jjs_82
Midland turbos just got back to me. They can't supply kits for that turbo.

Burna
Bargain I think so, Borg Warner are cheap and cheerful turbos that take plenty of abuse, but running anti-lag through them, well that’ll shorten the life of any turbo tbh.
rider
Doug Sports specialises in Turbo rebuilds and came highly recommended to me when I was thinking of having a couple of spare CT20's refurbished. They are based in Stourbridge and when i talked with him (Doug) he offered to strip the turbo's in front of me and go through exactly what was needed and how much it'd cost. jjs_82
I was thinking about getting the kit from Sp turboost. They are in the US. Anyone deal with them?
Burna
I was thinking about getting the kit from Sp turboost. They are in the US. Anyone deal with them? I'd seriously think about not wasting your money on a rebuild kit mate, and just buy a new turbo as it's only £180 more than buying the £900 core. I'm betting the blades on your exhaust wheel will be bent or melted from the anti-lag, I've seen it so many times before. For only the cost of a grand you are off and running again worry free
