Bender
So long story short i bought set of wheels from ebay and as they was far away i booked courier. Choose Paisley Freight (silly me) Seller packed the wheels i booked the courier and pay for it but completly forgot to send Seller labels to put on each wheel. On collection day courier come to pick up wheels and ask about the labels but Seller told he dont have any than courier told him thats ok he will sort it out later for him and thats was last time anybody saw those wheels at them moment week later (they aim for next day) nobody knows where the wheels are! I spoke to the Seller few days ago and he send me CCTV video and photos when wheels been colected with all the details in it like reg number how the packed wheels look like etc send all that to Paisley Fraight hoping that will help a lot with their investigation but it seems like nobody really care about that. I dont know what to do now i cant do refund through paypal as it wont be fair to Seller as he done everything as he should they say i can claim up to 100 pounds which is nothing compare to what i paid for wheels. They say searching for wheels will continiue but tbh i dont think they will do anything in that matter. Any advice guys what can i do? drift_bear
Sorry to hear this, I had so much issues with them I just stopped using the company. They’re customer service is absolute shocking and like you say they really don’t care once they get your money! I had wheels shipped but I ended up getting 2 wheels one day and the last 2 a couple of days later due to an “issue” with they’re van. Hopefully you can get it resolved soon and they turn up
mwilkinson
Did you not buy the enhanced liability cover for the full value if the wheels? They do offer this service?

rider
Under 6.3 of their terms and conditions they limit their liability to £100 maximum for lost property. So you should push them to pay this compensation and also to return your booking fee. If you arranged payment by credit card you will be able to reclaim the booking fee from them if PF don't refund it. Certain credit cards will also give you enhanced protection so its worth checking up on the credit card terms and conditions for any additional insurance cover they may offer, if you did happen to use a credit card for payment. If you paid by PayPal or debit card, forget it.

Big Mark
Speak to your bank as you do have some protection with debit cards, tho nowhere near the same as you do with credit cards.
Swampy442
I hope you get this sorted but, things may be a distance away, you may have to sit in a car for a few hours to guarantee you'll get your bits. Failing that post up asking for people near by, I've relayed/collected part for members in the past, sure others will too
