I went to fit the the rear discs and pads today and was unsuccessful as I couldn’t get the discs off Is there something I’m missing. Can someone shed some light pictures would be great looked on YouTube as someone had a video on there but skipped the part when they took the disc off and said that there is a hole to release the handbrake and showed it but it wasn’t the clear of how to do it.

There should be a rubber grommet on the disc face, prize this out and rotate the disc until you can see inside it a notched wheel which you lever up or down (flat blade screw driver) to tighten/loosen the handbrake shoes.

Will try and find a link.

You likely have a lip inside, if you adjust it one way the handbrake slack will be taken up, the other will withdraw the shoes and the disc should come off (is it loose or stuck solid as they can stick to the hub a bit too, if it's wobbly but won't pull off it's all the handbrake shoes)

Hi guys it was a simple job in the end I have attached a couple of photos all was needed is 2 m10 bolts to pop the disc fitted to the disc which has got pre threaded holes for the bolts to go into, hope this helps other people trying to do there brakes.
