My uk bpu just stock clutch and flywheel, yes was thinking similar 500ish miles should do it. It's more flywheel I'm concerned about as I never replaced one in any car I had before, mechanic was saying old one was is perfect condition as was clutch he took out ,60k on flywheel 2nd clutch has 30k on it and was running at bpu 435hp for the last 30k.

I've put in a new OEM flywheel and Spec clutch in mine along with a new engine so I've got all 3 to break in. I'm generally just trying to heat cycle the clutch with stop start traffic and try some high gear low rev movement to bed things in for 500 miles or so. Then I'll start to work it up from there for another 500 or so before getting on it properly.
