millar11
Hi all, I removed the complete active splitter including front under tray etc, a while ago and had my front bumper repainted. Since its been a while since I took it off, Does the front bumper need the front undertray or any part of active splitter for fixings? Thanks
mwilkinson
Simple answer is no. It will be less rigid without an undertray, but can be affixed without it. You might want to see if anyone has a standard front undertray. Why are you not going to put the active spoiler back on?

Hi mate, I have the RMM polyurethane lip on which I prefer so I just thought I would leave the whole lot off. I took it off as I was putting a new radiator and autobox cooler on. Plus, there's less to look at when the bumper is off now. Wonder if anybody would have a standard undertray.

I've got a standard front under tray in good condition. I retro fitted the active spoiler to mine, hence it's now redundant...
