Renewal was £218.70 (0% increase on last year)

Premium was the £237.70 with increased value (£19.04 increase for increase value)

Agreed Value - £50,000 (56.25% increase on last year, fought hard this year as I accepted first offer of £32,000 last year)

Mileage - 3000 miles

Excess - Which one are you quoting?

Requirements - Locked garage overnight when within 1/4 mile of my home.

Hi, is this still with Lancaster? Just wondering as the TT6 is also with them, so at least I now know they've accepted £50k for a UK TT6 and I can push for £40-45k etc.

Apologies in advance if you've mentioned this already!

EDIT: Sorry should have noticed you said 'renewal' 🤦🏾‍♂️ Thanks for sharing the info, this will be helpful!

Sorry for hijacking the thread, but I just wanted to ask a quick, related question (I apologise if it's a trivial one) - how do you go about getting your Supra valued? I've gone with agreed value on my policy, I can sort out the required photos no problem, but getting it independently valued has got me stumped.

It's not something that I have ever done before and I have no idea where to start.

I've not been asked by any insurer to get an independent value? Just pictures, and comparative ads was more than enough. Other than that, if you ask who they'll accept as proof of value then some importers can value the car for you based on their knowledge of the cars/market

I have re-read the wording and it does state 7 colour photographs with links to similar vehicles for sale in the UK and/or an independent valuation document.

Obviously, the chances of finding another V8 Supra for sale is remote, so would a modified TT Supra be the best bet to use as a reference?

Yes i think that would be good. Also - if you have receipts or documentation with costs for the V8 Engine swap cost etc that can also be used
