herbiemercman
HI Dudes, I cannot think of a worse reason, but all the roads in my area are like i remember as a boy, to see the M61, the M6 and the M65 so quiet. The country B roads here are what you would dream of for a bit of real driving. The chance of going for a run now are a bit risky as plod will not think you have a dog or some shopping in your car. Have any of you had a sneaky blast? Herbie.
mc92
Of course. I'm loving the drive to work in the mornings as well, zero traffic to get stuck behind so it takes me half the time.

Shane
Business as usual in London... Where in London is that? 90 minutes from home to Belgravia last week during peak time vs 3 hours plus normally, and that's only providing I get an early start. Belgravia, Knightsbridge, Hyde Park Corner as quiet as I have seen in 21 years of commuting. Swiss Cottage and St Johns like a ghost town and only hold up was some ongoing roadworks at Paddington/Edgware road interchange.'
Swampy442
I commute to Oxfordshire every week to work, its an absolute pleasure at the moment, the standard of driving is the best Ive ever experienced. I'm dreading all the dickheads getting back on the road

My comute from Alexandra palace area to Heathrow is only taking half an hour instead of over an hour. Even Hanger Lane round about is empty

Edgware Road, Shepherd's Bush and Acton. Further, news that parks around London have been bustling over this weekend. Also heard Kingston, Richmond and Twickenham are all still congested with non-essential traffic.
drift_bear
Had the supra our yesterday for an hour, was only to the body shop and I took the long way, but it felt weird driving on nearly empty roads! Might use it for a few days once it’s back for work trips
Noz
Herbie what was it like driving back in those days?
sidewaysdan
Was in The garden today and could hear all the spirited drivers out on the 421. Lots of pops and bangs. I said to the wife I wish I could go out to play for a hr .

Style
I've done 29 miles in mine since I got it back a few weeks ago with instruction to put 1000 miles on the engine. That was to the shops and back a couple of times. We shouldn't really be out in them otherwise (except for the commutes of course).
