Oil/water pumps

Oil pump i'd stick with oem (ebay/amayama not really much more expensive than a pattern part) and it has massive labour cost to fit another an potential to kill the engine and all your hard rebuild work. The water pump I'd be less precious about, easier to change and tend to weep coolant before the fail properly so easy to spot and unlikely to effect anything else if is does fail.
