Mo Reviews
Does anyone know where I can pick these up from? I can only seem to find (pre)facelift non-tiptronic dials.
Mo Reviews
Anyone?
Ian Ian
I can only think of Keron at Extreme Performance a trader on here Cheers -Ian-
Mo Reviews
Thanks Ian. I've just realised that my first post is slightly ambiguous, I'm not looking for the actual instrument cluster(s), rather a 'fascia' kit similar to this. Style
Metalmonkey used to be the go to guys for those but I don’t think they’re around anymore. All the others I’ve seen are in the States
Mo Reviews
I don't mind... what's the go to place in the states?
Wishieftrottle
Try moman.pl ;-)
Mo Reviews
Try moman.pl ;-) Sadly, they don't offer the tiptronic variant.
Wishieftrottle
Model 13 is for tiptronic mate.
Mo Reviews
Ah yes, you're absolutely right. I am, however, looking for something a little less, colourful. Perhaps something similar to the TRD design?
manny
Stu Hagen may be able to help. There are no tiptronic faces in his gallery but probably worth asking as all his faces are custom made. https://97supraturbo.com/led/
Mo Reviews
Some of those look awesome, exactly what I'm looking for! I take it, he's more of a hobbyist though?
Tommyd16
Yh he just makes them himself. I have a set in my car He can pretty much do what ever you ask. Isn’t cheap though
Style
I’m not sure if you’re on Facebook, but there’s a reliable trader on a group in the States that offers the following (I’ve just copy pasted his advert and hopefully the pic uploads too. I’m just on my phone): “Since half the country is shutting down and lots of people have down-time, let's do something positive and run a special. FROM 3/20 - 4/1 = 750 bucks, instead of 850 for main-cluster. Developed with TRD JP, those are the most authentic instruments available and I now have ALL versions in stock. LHD / RHD / mph / kmh and temp in F and C, as well as S2 incl triple for NA (Volt) and TT (Boost) - the calibration is Toyota OEM and accurate. This is the ONLY set with 10000rpm tachometer with 6 o-clock zero that is accurate with the OEM stepper-motor. - the finish of the faces is OEM, you can mix&match and it will blend perfectly - your cluster will have to come here (Kansas City, MO 64118) so I can swap and re-calibrate. - shipping both ways is on you, please pack properly and insure properly EVERY SWAP INCLUDES: - faces (all 3 instruments, unless you want only 1 or 2) - LED illumination throughout including separate needle-illumination (unless you want OEM passive) - re-calibration to OEM for ALL instruments - needle restoration (if needed) - nothing will be cut, bent or destroyed - fully PLUG AND PLAY. You don't need any converters, chips, etc Unplug - ship to me - plug back in, enjoy. NOTE: S2 is an additional 50USD since the triple-cluster and integrated odometer requires considerable more work to to. Turnaround-time 24-48hours AC-Console LED modification: - replace LEDs on button illumination and status LEDs to color of your choice - includes new buttons (you will need them since the old ones always shine yellow/orange) Pricing: 250 USD - turnaround time 24hours.”
Mo Reviews
Thanks chaps, I'll drop Stu an email to see if he can assist. Do you have a link to the Facebook advert Style?
Style
It's on a private group but try this and see what happens: https://www.facebook.com/groups/841246719219683/for_sale_search/?forsalesearchtype=all&query=%20%E2%80%9CSince%20half%20the%20country%20is%20shutting%20down&referral_surface=direct_link&availability=available
Mo Reviews
Thanks, I can browse the group but I can't seem to find that ad?
Style
Can you do a search on some of the text I pasted across in the previous posts?
Mo Reviews
I'll try that when I'm on the laptop later, the mobile version separates the group wall into a million pages!
Mk4Gaz
Also try contacting Matt Bolda on Facebook. I've seen mixed reviews about Stu's stuff, but everything I've seen of Matt's looks spot on. But, Moman are very good, and you can customise the look however you want.
Mo Reviews
Everything is on Facebook now... I think I'd want a place to do the install for me as well as calibrate the dials correctly. I'm going to contact them all and see which works out best under those parameters. Thanks guys!
