The motor was working fine when in my old supra, but the mirror tabs have snapped for up and down movement. Unfortunately the tabs mounts where the black unit connect to the outer mirror cover are snapped. But the electronics still work. See photos below. It's built into a fair section of the mirror so you'd prob have to buy most of the mirror to get it. Don't need glass, casing, anything like that.
