Gearbox synchro gurus! Advice + Opinions v160 gearbox

Morning gents,

 

 

 

So as a quick update to put everyone in the frame-

 

I have stripped my v160 box and i am checking my gears for wear (mainly synchro teeth).

 

I have never dealt with synchro teeth before so i am not fully sure of whats ‘absolutley fine’ or ‘shagged’.

 

Some of the teeth show what i would class as zero wear, yet the odd one seems to have slight wear.

 

The only time i drove the car with this gearbox was home from when the car was purchased. (30 miles or so). It didnt seem amazingly smooth but there were no noises. Just seemed a bit agricultural and very precise. (If that makes sense)

 

Also as a side note, does anyone have a pic of a B series (updated) v160 synchros.

The 3rd and 4th pics are the suspect gear / synchro which i am slightly worried about being worn.
