Thomas.B
Hiya! So my alternator might be gone. I have a 180a now. Car is a 6speed 600whp with all supporting mods. I'm gonna measure the alternator this week and if its blown I want a new one asap. Found 100a (OEM) for a good price, but will this in any way not be enough for a single? Also have a decent stereo with woofer etc. Thanks!
Ric
It will be the stereo what needs it more than the single turbo
Thomas.B
It will be the stereo what needs it more than the single turbo Yeah just thinking the supporting mods might need anything extra. It's not the worlds largest system in any way but have a display etc and will also change my gauges to a digital one. But I think a 100a should do the work and then some? Just don't want any issues later on
ShawnPreece
what supporting mods do you have with your turbo setup? as in amount of fuel pumps, electric fans etc... as theses are what will use it (aswell as the stereo of course)
SupraP-Z
The soundsystem is the only real tasking thing above 100 amps, unless you are running some very heavy electrics.
