bayside_supra
Hi guys I recently have had the battery moved to the boot and now I have a whine through the speakers that matches the revs. Any ideas on how to solve this? I have an amp running all the speakers under the passenger seat. Cheers Karl
Ric
Usually sound of a ground loop. Bad earth or earth position.
bayside_supra
Earth on the battery or the amp? We didn’t move the earth of the amp from how it was before with no interference so I suppose I’ve answered that one lol?
Frank Bullitt
Did you shield the live and did you run it anywhere near your speaker or RCA cables? Did you upgrade to "The Big 3" when you installed your system?

Scooter
I had this when my alternator was dying (then died). It was noticeable for ages then one day stepped up louder all of a sudden and then 10 miles or so later, dead!
