I’ve tried Meter into both ox1 an ox2 with no readout what so ever . Cars getting very bad mpg . Talking 13 - 15 .. what does no read mean ? Tried in couple of the others and getting reads so nothing wrong with meter . Any ideas ��

Only thing I can think is possible the reading is non existent . It says main fault is lower reading than 0.4 . My car isn’t Idling great + fuel consumption is lower than 15mpg. Car also smells very rich . Meter is coming up 0 . and with different pins it’s reading v

You need to undo the two 12mm hex nuts on the studs to remove the sensor. You really need a scope to make sense of the O2 sensors or on a VVTi a scan tool that will read the early OBD2 data. I use a Carman Scan, not many will read them. To be honest once you wrestled the thing off you might as well just renew it. Forget all the soak in vinegar crap...
