Scooter
Do you know where the oil leak is coming from? The cambelt is a job you can entrust to any normal garage you trust (as long as they are aware of the extra tight crank nut and DON'T use heat on the crank pully. It's pretty simple otherwise as cambelts go (and as it's non interference not a total nightmare if they really botch it up!) Oil leaks, some are simple to fix others less so, what can you see? Leroybarry
Think it's coming from the front crank look a pig to get to
Scooter
Ok so front crank seal is again not so bad, but would sway me towards someone slightly more specialist, or that you can talk to as the seal needs to go in nice and square and not too far (only flush to the oil pump face). I will see if I can search for some old members posts who live that way see if I discover any names......1 sec

Scooter
Ah sorry! Like I say not local by any means!! At least at Toyota you'll have some comeback and it's not a high time job so even with their labour rates it shouldn't be too costly. Good insurance in place to if the tech takes it for a road test (joy ride!)
