Recommended Posts

Had two Optima batteries , both died just out of the two year warranty ; they are on CTEK trickle charger

I am leaning towards the Yuasa ; the Exide has alot higher CCA

What do you recommended or what to avoid, it needs to be AGM as it in the cabin

it will not be used in a daily just a short blast now and then with minimum 6 month off the road

I have had 2 Oddessy AGM batteries die on me, both out of warranty. I used to keep them both on permanant trickle charge, but now only charge the third new battery once per week for 24 hours using the ctek on a timer. Holding charge just fine, I think the ctek gradually killed the other two
