mc92
I've got an intermittent issue with my NA5, when cold after the first couple hundred meters of driving the power cuts completely and then comes back instantly like I've taken my foot off the throttle for half a second (usually around 3k RPM in 2nd the past couple of times). After this one event it's perfect for the rest of the drive. It doesn't happen every time, only intermittently. Anyone had similar symptoms to narrow it down before I start buying sensors? David P
Have you checked for any error codes?
mc92
No, somehow I forgot that you could access those on the Supra . I'll check in the next couple days and update.
mc92
Ok no error codes, just the steady blinking light.
David P
Without an error code you could be in for a Gremlin Hunt. Hopefully, someone has previously suffered & solved this? Edited June 17, 2019 by David P (see edit history)
David P
P.S. It might be worth trying a known good ECU?
