The previous owner of my car included it with my purchase, as he bought it with the intention of fixing it and selling it on. Sounds like an easy fix from what he was telling me if you're electrically minded, maybe a blown capacitor or something. Has the gold certification plate on the back. I know working they fetch 300 so - idk. was just seeing if it got any interest so thanks for the reply As I say I don’t really know what’s up with it.
