Mate of the guy with the Blue Evo. Went up against you on my first ever run and had a chat with you later on in the day.

I know you were in low 13s but just wanted to see how you got on? Any improvement?

I managed a 13.9 on my last run (stock apart from boost jets, chip, 19's, rock solid suspension and no weightsaving)

Yaseen :)

Hello mate,

It was me. Good to hear you improved.

I had 6 goes in the end (raced you on my first go that day). My 4th go was the best 13.1 @ 111 mph. I was itching to get into the 12s but may be next time with a bit more practice.

I don't know too much about the 300 zx is 13.9 good/bad avarage ?

I beleive stock 1/4 for the 300 is 14.3, but don't quote me on that lol

Was really pleased with my time and she didnt do bad for a 15 year old car

Think I need to get off my arse and fit the decats I have and get an exhaust. Takes forever for the tubs to spool up, even an NA 300 was a few car lengths ahead of me at the start of one of my runs.

Traction is a huge problem for me though, with an almost flat track suspension set up and huge wheels. I did have a good look at the strip before it all started and was amazed at how smooth it actually is!

Maybe see you there again sometime, and good luck with the quest for 12s

before i fitted my decats and exhaust i got 13.4 @ 106 mph (but was running slightly increased boost than standard) so if its anything like mine you should be knocking a few tenths off. :D

What was your ET ? and 0-60 ft time ?

I can't launch above 2,500 rpm without wheelspinning all over the place. I'm thinking of getting some drag radials, i've been told this alone could knock off up to 0.5 secs if launched correctly.
