herbiemercman
Hi Guys, I am sick of buffing up my plastic headlight lenses so just splashed out for some original OEM's with the glass lenses. The fixing points, the plastic molding, and the bulb holes all look exactly the same, BUT the electrical sockets are different, (see pics). I am not sure what the small box is, it has a nylon screw on it and the multi socket with several wires on the top, may be the nylon screw is for adjusting the light beams? Does anyone know if i can fit them without any alteration to the wiring? Any help be much appreciated. Noz
Wiring box is height adjustment. Glass lights came with electronic height adjustment. Nylon screw goes into the motor to allow for manual adjustment.
herbiemercman
Many thanks Noz. I assume that that model must have had a different wiring loom and a control switch in the car, which model was it? Herbie.
