Leak on Oil Filter Housing

Hi All,

I have a slight oil leak on the right hand side hex bolt on the top of the oil filter housing.

Picked up a 14mm hex key today (think thats the right size) and am going to tighten up later.

Is this just a blanking nut on the NA? , should it be flush or just as tight as i can get it. Anyone know if there is a gasket/seal under the screw that may need replacing?
