sr38
I'm looking to fit OEM 16" Alloys to the supra. 8J Fronts / 9J Rears - ET50 I did a test fit yesterday - whilst they fit over the calipers, it's mighty close. Anyone see any major issues with this? naturally the balancers will need to be placed correctly to avoid them hitting the caliper!
jim_supra
Clearance is totally fine, stock wheels, stock calipers, no issues.

Scooter
Have you looked into tyres yet, seems precious little choice these days in the stock 16 sizes!
sr38
Have you looked into tyres yet, seems precious little choice these days in the stock 16 sizes! I did, the fronts have a reasonable choice - everything from Avon / nankang to continentals / michelins The rears are where it gets interesting - choice of three on blackcircles and even less on other sites; Nankang AS-2+ Toyo proxes T1-R Continetal sport contacts i'll gladly take into account anyone's experience with tyres and recommendations, particularly on the rears!
