tintinmt
As per title - Is 202 Black a solid paint or lacquered? I have areas of paint that look as though the lacquer has gone, but I'm not sure. Is there a way of telling? Cheers, & apologies in advance if this is a stupid question.

Mk4Gaz
I'm pretty sure that the only oem colours that aren't clear coated are 202 black, and 040 white.
214supra
Solid if its original paint. Easy way to tell is polish it with white cloth if it turn black then it is solid.
SPG
Should be solid if it’s
tintinmt
Thanks! It's looking like solid then. I'll see if I can test it with a bit of T-cut on a white cloth then.
