Johnm400
Is there any way to adjust the bonnet so it closes the gap between bumper and bonnet? I looked at the catches but they don't seem to adjust as the holes are not elongated.
Mike2JZ
There are two rubber adjusters you can rotate to raise/lower height front of bonnet. They are located just above each headlight.
SupraTRD_MK4
You can loosen the catches/lock mechanisms a tad bit down. It should help a bit but as Mike mentioned try that. I have fitted mine the other day and it was basically squashing the rubber on my lights upon closing.
Johnm400
Thanks for replies. I've adjusted the rubbers so that the bonnet isn't even resting on them but still there's a bigger gap between the bonnet and bumper that I'd like. I've seen the same gap on a lot of Supras with OEM bumper so it must just be how they are. Maybe I can elongate the holes where the catches bolt when I can be bothered.
