Here is my beloved 1993 Twin turbo 6 speed manual Japan spec Mk’4 Supra, I am the first U.K. owner and have owned the car since July 2006. Prior to this, the car lived its life in Tokyo Japan from 1993. I bought the car from a Japanese performance specialist car dealer, after a long search for the right example. Since then I have excessively kept every service receipt and MOT paperwork the car has undergone in my 12 years of ownership. Car has M.O.T good for January 2019. See work carried out below;

.Bought from Ebony & Ivory- 2006 with 59,815 miles/ 96260 kilometres

. Cam belt changed- July 2006

. New clutch- July 2008

. New glass headlights (to replace plastic Japanese spec)- November 2010

.Replaced twin turbo unit (bought from Supra Mk4 owners club) and work carried out by JM Imports -October 2014

.New clutch and bearing carrier- July 2017

.New front shock absorbers (Koni sport)- Jan 2018

.New suspension coil springs (Spax)- Jan 2018

. New handbrake cable- Jan 2018

. New front disks and pads- Jan 2018

. New rocker cover gasket- October 2018

The car is a rare example, being a 6 speed manual twin turbo Japanese import in cobalt blue, the car is almost original. The only aftermarket additions are a full stainless steel exhaust system, HKS mushroom air filter, 18” Work Equip split Rim chrome alloys, and TRD suspension shocks and springs, as well as interior auditions of a Blitz boost gauge, turbo timer, Italvolanti Leather steering wheel. All of these tasteful additions were completed and fitted during the cars time in Japan. Since the Modifications were so tasteful and what drew me to the car in the first place, i have not added any more aftermarket modifications in my ownership.

Mechanically the car is sound, pushes you back in your seat with full boost as expected, and no knocks or unwelcome noises. The car has never let me down other than turbo failure in 2014. However I scoured the correct replacement turbos from the owners club and had the work carried out by a Jap specialist garage JM Imports. The car was subsequently off the road for a period of weeks. All turbo work is fully documented and the car was back to its past self, a beast! Body work has age related marks as expected especially with a car this low! Original paint with some sun light related fading on the spoiler, roof and bonnet section. But on the whole the body work is in good condition, with next to no signs of corrosion other than a couple of very small specs on the doors.

The interior is also almost original other than an aftermarket gear knob and the boost gauge previously mentioned. The wire hanging from the cigarette lighter in the pictures is just the digital speedometer/ old speed camera detecter and will be removed prior to sale leaving the dash original. The seats are now showing some signs of wear however, they are original 25 year old Recaro cloth bucket seats and although they are brilliant seats, cosmetically now are getting tired.

Milage now is 117,138 (will rise slightly on my short 3 mile to and back from work commute) I have put 57,000 miles on the car in 12 years. Just over 4 and a half thousand a year.

The car has been a part of me for the last 12 years and is probably one of the most honest examples out there, being very lightly and tastefully modified in Japan. The car has been my daily driver for only a short commute to work and occasional weekend enjoyment use! Fully documented and enjoyed by a loving owner. Car located in Washington Tyne and Wear. £18,995

Please PM for contact details.

Thank you!

The car has not been resprayed to my knowledge,I was told at a supra meet some years ago it was cobalt blue, looking at the vin plate colour number which is 752 this is apparently called Baltic blue or deep teal metallic depending on which site you go on when I just Google searched it. Twelve years of ownership and still learning about it! Cheers

752 Baltic Blue

FYI there were only 165 RZ TT6 Hardtops ever made for the JDM market.

It's the eighth rarest colour for that spec of car.

Always said it's the only other colour I'd have but three is just too many. Lol! GLWS
