Scooter
Where is the car? Are you sure it's not repairable? When his insurers try to settle they may have a rethink if you can prove the current high values but provide them with a repair cost/quote? Keron might have read quarters etc? - - - Updated - - - If you've got witnesses it was indisputably his fault that's a start....
Scooter
Such a shame

Annabella
Nightmare for you. As others have said do a buyback after settling. Were you agreed value? If not use the for sale prices of UK spec cars as your yardstick for replacement cost. Be prepared to fight.

mc92
Sad to hear, I hope it can be repaired without being written off given the current value of them, but insurance companies are scum so you can expect them to try and wriggle out of it. Bobbeh
Frirstly, glad you're ok. Gutted for you too. Yeah, why written off? Cost reasons or frame damage? If its price reasons you can fight to justify its current value using market prices. If its gone because of safety.. then strip it and make the most of the spare parts! The Raven
Atleast your ok. If all else fails, strip it for parts if you have issues with insurance
Dim Sum
Ron sorry to hear about this. Hope something positive can come out from this.
Marcus GTE
Terrible news. Hope you come out of it ok regarding insurance. You will have plenty of valuable parts on it if it cant be repaired (hopefully it can) so bear that in mind from a financial point of view. evinX
Heres the pictures. I have a video that i need to upload and post...imo very repairable.
AC93
That shouldn't be a write off, looks to be just cosmetic?
blythmrk
I agree with Kev repairable even the bumper will warm up and probally pop out back to shape The rear panel will pull out and panel beat back into shape too the panel gap between the boot and the rear quarter looks ok. As long as the insurance play ball that shouldn’t get wrote off but work with the body shop and the insurance and try and get it repaired. Whatever happens do not let them take your car away as you may never see it again if it gets wrote off. All they care about is if the vehicle is incurring storage costs but it even looks drivable as is.
Havard
That doesn't even look close to a write off for me. The rear has a massive "girder" so I would surprised if there is any structural damage under that. Good luck Ron.
Annabella
The pricks insurance are giving your car a We buy any car valuation if that's a write off.
